Working process of Clay brick making project tunnel kiln automatic vacuum cleaner for kiln cart cleaning
①. After the kiln car stops at the cleaning position, the lifting and vacuuming part expands to the required working height,
At the same time, the suction part and the roller brush part start to work. Dust on the surface of the kiln car and it will be absorbed in the gap during work;
②. After the moving part reaches the end of the kiln car, the first kiln car is cleaned and stops working, and the lifting and vacuuming part rises and moves to the end of the kiln in parallel with the rolling brush. Cleaning the next position of the kiln car, the vacuum section will extend to the desired height and cycle to the next position.
③. There is dust in the ash hopper, which is regularly discharged into the box through the electric feeder.
Why need the automatic vacuum cleaner for kiln car cleaning
In the firing process of clay brick and tile, dust will be produced from the brick plants,because the internal combustion for brick firing is insufficient, coal and combustion aids are added into the raw material to help fire, and when firing, dust will be floated into the air. When the kiln carts leave from the kiln with fired brick, dust particle will be leave together.
After fired brick unloading from kiln cart, large particles on surface of kiln cart can be cleaned by manual, but dust inside the kiln cart cannot be cleaned completely, which will damage the kiln cart in the future.
